These terms apply when you use karmafolk.com or buy from us. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
About us
karmafolk.com is operated by Karmafolk, an online store based in Australia. You can contact us through our contact form.
Products and pictures
We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Many pieces are handmade, so small variations in colour, pattern and size are natural. Some images on the site, including category and "landing soon" pictures, are illustrative and may not show products we currently sell.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll let you know and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed when we accept your order and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and if we do we'll refund you in full.
Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be applied after an order is placed, and may have their own conditions, which we'll tell you about when we offer them.
Shipping and returns
Our shipping and returns policy forms part of these terms.
Reviews
We welcome honest reviews, positive and negative. We check reviews before they appear to remove spam, offensive language or personal details, but we don't edit what you say or hide reviews because they are critical. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on our website.
Our content
The text, design, logos and our own photos on this site belong to Karmafolk or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.
Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those guarantees and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or our products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
